Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Liss Makes! We appreciate your support of our small craft business. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at lissmakesuk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or not as described.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
